INTERVIEW MEETING MINUTES

Present: Chairman Robert Lavigne, Kenneth Lipka, Anthony Renzoni
Absent: James Jumonville, Kenneth O’Brien
Others Present: Elizabeth Helder, Recording Secretary
Chairman Lavigne opened the meeting at 6:15PM.
Selectmen Appointments
The Board interviewed Mr. Christopher Shustak for appointment as an alternate member to the Agricultural Commission to a term expiring 11/02/13. Mr. Shustak said he was active in local agriculture/farming in Town and was one of the original members to help start the Agricultural Commission. He said he looked forward to serving on the Commission.
Motion by Sel. Renzoni, seconded by Sel. Lipka, it was VOTED 3-0 TO APPOINT MR. CHRISTOPHER SHUSTAK TO THE HOLDEN AGRICULTURAL COMMISSION AS AN ALTERNATE TO A TERM EXPIRING 11/02/13.
The Board recessed to the regular meeting at 6:25PM.
